Thanks to a close monitoring of risks, schedules and costs, I was able to build a synthesis allowing the Program Manager to drive his Projects with increased efficiency.This first engagement with Airbus allowed me to get familliar with its environment, organization and processes.

Industry : BuildingField: Product DevelopmentKey deliverables and activities:I drove the development of a new Serie of High Performance Aluminium doors, WICSTYLE 65, from design to market introduction.My main mission was to coordinate the development activities between German and French Design Offices. I was in charge of 3D design of parts, assembly drawings and all linked documentation need for market.In parallel, I drove the tests needed for Certification of the Product (AEV / Million Cycle Test) and supervised by CSTB. This stage allowed us to validate the unmatched performances of the Product, associating tremendous endurance with great insultation and thermal capabilities. On top of it, the design was compliant with European accessibility norms, to allow people with disabilities the access to building equipped with these doors.
