Security guard stationed at Belle Maison Nursing Home. My duties are to ensure residents do not get out of the outdoors safe zone and to make sure that visitors, staff, and residents are safe from potential incoming threats.

I started off as a Hard-Lines salesfloor team member. Because of my attention to detail I was asked to become a part of the Instocks team to help ensure Inventory Integrity in my store.

I was a full time retail advisor at the front desk while also being in training for an Assistant Coordinator position. I was then acting Assistant Coordinator without the full title in tandem with the current Assistant Coordinator when the Salon Coordinator pursued a new opportunity within the company.

I am a wholesale internal sales representative working between salons and an external sales team to process orders, provide information, and alleviate challenges that may arise with orders for Texas and Louisiana.In the office, I was in charge of file management for both Aveda and Bumble and bumble salons in our network. I also was tasked with compiling specialty reports as clerical duties.

I scheduled salon and spa services for guests including Bridal and Spa parties as well processed internal gift card sales for mail and email delivery.

I worked the Front Desk in the Aveda Institute of Covington, LA. I was responsible for ensuring retail sales goals were made by coaching students on how best to deliver a sale to customers.

I worked as a customer service representative, cashier, and Operations Administrator. For customer service I did troubleshooting of products, returns, and home delivery orders. As a cashier I created transactions and sold Best Buy service plans. In the Operations Administrator role, I worked to support the entire store by providing overrides, helping train others on company computer systems, provided keys to calls for locked merchandise, and cash office management at the end of day and beginning of day.
