Manage a development team of 24+ people working on a cloud-based health platform. Responsible for growing the team by hiring, reorganizing the team topology and empowering the team members. Delivered two MVPs by leading the development of the flagship product. Built and maintained the back-end application. This included the application logic layer, software architecture, database design, system integrations, security, APIs, etc. Developed many core modules used for billing, reporting, advanced search, auditing and scheduling.- Led schedules team activities and provided the structure for completing tasks;- Defined and communicated technical and design requirements;- Designed and implemented software solutions for the business logic layer services;- Worked in object-oriented programming and relational databases;- Involved in technology analyses and recommendations;- Third party integrations from specifications assessment to implementation.

Revamped and enhanced an ASP.NET solution at Ministère des Transports du Québec (MTQ).
