Help Desk Technician
The ConnectWise Help Desk Customer Service Representative provides first level service to customers through basic case management. The Representative responds to customers via phone, chat, email and other communication tools.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Receives and responds to customer inquiries for assistance.Processes requests through multiple platforms/tools, including phone, email, and web portalsFollows up with customers as neededAssists in outbound calling to customersKeeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and maintaining database information as neededStrong customer service and communication skillsPositive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and strong customer focusAbility to follow defined processes with attention to detailSolid problem resolution skillsAbility to collaborate with team members and customersProvides feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processUses good judgement to make sound decisions in identifying, resolving & escalating issues when necessarySupport coworkers and promotes a positive work environment
