Hello, my name is Blake Hill. I am a Marine Corps veteran and current Sr. Quality Associate / Aircraft Logs and Records Tech at L3Harris Technologies, where I have completed Lean Basics and a Six Sigma Green Belt course. I also own Firing Line Shooting, LLC (a firearms training and sales company). I recently completed my Master of Business Administration (MBA), maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA through graduate school. Before that, I graduated with a BSBA, Magna Cum Laude, with a 3.88 GPA from Texas A&M in Commerce, TX. From high school to graduate school, I was a part of many honors societies and held many honored designations such as: distinguished achievement program, National Honors Society, Spanish Honors Society, Student Council, Athletics, Health Occupations Students of America, Phi Theta Kappa, National Society of Leadership and Success, and Omicron Delta Kappa. I served 7 years in the United States Marine Corps, where I earned the Rifle Expert shooting badge, a Grey Belt in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program, and developed and honed various skills, such as troubleshooting communication systems, electronics maintenance, leadership and even consultative selling. During the 3 years that I was working as a reserve Marine, I took a promotion at my civilian job moving from server to Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster. Here I was faced with all kinds of new challenges and a further understanding of the civilian side of business and human resource management. My military service paired with my civilian management position have continually presented me with opportunities to lead, manage, and develop personnel; to operate effectively in high-stress situations; and to engage clients and situations with professionalism and confidence. I have developed skills in sales, marketing, quality, leadership, business management, continuous improvement, and many other areas. I am highly motivated, putting 100% of my energy into being successful in all of my personal goals and professional endeavors, and I am looking forward to tackling the next phase of my professional journey!
