We aim to save you money in four ways: 1) On your insurance program; 2) On your administrative costs; 3) On claims and claims administration and 4) By minimizing unexpected financial loss. HOW WE DO THIS: We partner with our clients to develop our Risk Accountability Commitment program, a five step process tailored to each individual customer because no two businesses are alike. Our five step process consists of: 1) Understanding your business and your tolerance for risk; 2) Developing a risk program designed specifically for you using out risk management toolkit; 3) Reviewing the plan with you, adjusting it to your requirements, and putting it on paper; 4) Implementing your plan and executing the services agreed to; 5) Evaluating the program on a regular basis and adjusting it as needed. This process ensures that you have the risk program you need to match your risk tolerance at a great price and limits your administrative costs. IMA becomes the insurance and risk management division of your operation!
