Government departments such as Planning and Environmental Health.• Created a public-facing web application to be used as a resource by the planning department to assess tracts of land for conservation value. I managed this project from end-to-end, starting with GPS data collection, through web application deployment and presentation of the application at a public hearing. • Developed a Python script for automating annual stormwater billing calculations for each parcel in the county. This also provided the ability to forecast annual revenue changes based on modification of the stormwater billing schedule structure.
