I worked 7 years with Grayback as a wildland firefighter and a steward to the Northwest's timber ground. Learned strong work ethic. Learned to work with multiple public and private organizations to accomplish tasks in emergency situations. Successfully led squads in and out of dangerous work conditions.

Had the unique opportunity to cut hazard trees on the national forest for a few years. Quickly advanced from entry laborer to lead faller with more operational responsibilities. Worked with USFS Timber Sales Administrators and Private Land Owners to complete work to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
