• Associate of Applied Science in Process Technology• High School Diploma• Over 2 years of plant work experience• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel• Strong troubleshooting skills• Able to understand, analyze, and resolve technical problems in work area• Have a desire to learn and develop technical skills to keep current with changing operations• Comfortable working with computers and able to learn new systems quickly• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate well, verbally and in writing, and have strong reading comprehension and listening skills • Strong multi-tasking, problem solving, and time management skills• Demonstrate leadership skills - inspire others and lead them through influence• A strong self-starter who is self-motivated and can identify, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks with competing priorities• Able to work within an empowered team environment possessing strong interpersonal skills• Have a high regard for personal safety and the safety of others (Safety is a top priority)• Able to work a 12 hour rotating shift schedule (including weekends & holidays)• Able to work overtime when needed (including weekends & holidays)• Current, valid US drivers license• Able to work legally in the United States.
