Blake Bokosky is the Director of Asset Management for Bixby Capital Management. In his role, Blake optimizes the Bixby real estate portfolio through his proven track record in leading new acquisitions, property due diligence, overseeing dispositions and implementing leasing strategies. Mr. Bokosky also drives Bixby's strategic growth through his capital raising efforts and relationship building with both LP capital partners and commercial real estate brokers.Blake maintains an ongoing awareness of changing trends in the industry and readily exchanges his knowledge with clients and peers. In his free time, Blake enjoys playing golf, amateur photography, being a member of a Top Fuel pit crew, attending concerts and sporting events as well as spending time with his family and friends.

Since 2011, Blake Bokosky as a Vice President, has helped run a diversified fund that invests in primarily equity markets along with alternative investments like real estate, commodities, private equity, and hedge funds. Blake's aim is to spread risk across different asset classes while achieving outsized returns.
