Responsible for creating and achieving operation and capital budgets for assigned practice.

Joined as Project Consultant and quickly gained additional responsibilities like teaching the CI Certification course. Promoted in Jan 2018 from Consultant to Business Partner at McKay-Dee Hospital. Responsible for advising senior leadership and coaching managers and directors to successfully implement the Intermountain Operating Model at McKay-Dee Hospital. McKay-Dee is a 310 bed not-for-profit trauma hospital serving the Davis and Weber county areas of Northern Utah.Primary Job responsibilities include the following:• Participate in Senior Management Committee Meetings to ensure proper use of Intermountain Operating Model• Coach Senior Leaders, Directors, and Managers to understand and implement lean principles as outlined in the Intermountain Operating Model• Instructor for 16 week CI Certification Course• When serving as lead consultant on process improvement projects, provides appropriate and effective advice to project leaders and teams throughout the project• Write detailed project plans and progress reports as necessary, including clear problem definitions, time frames, resource requirements, etc.• Provide effective data analysis support to project teams and internal customers as necessary.• Cultivate effective relationships with internal customers including clinical leaders, administrators, and front-line staff.• Perform all necessary actions to help move assigned project forward, including writing, research, and communication functions. • Communicate efficiently with key stakeholders regarding projects.• Work effectively with other support staff and key support departments on trouble shooting and problem solving project issues.
