Led company-wide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics enterprise resource planning system. Directed teams of management and employees in business processes re-engineering including materials, production, and financial management. Constructed a lot tracking system for quality assurance and product traceability, reducing the scope of product recalls from weeks to days. Developed an inventory management application utilizing Microsoft PowerApps and Excel to manage inventory levels and reordering. Created profitability analyses on current products and costing reports for new products, including private label products in nationwide retailers. Installed remote monitoring systems for critical areas of operation allowing for real-time reporting and alerts when reading is out of range. Designed labels and branding to support launch of new consumer brand.

Created python script to test all Application Programming Interface method calls and the corresponding JavaScript Object Notation responses, reducing testing time to minutes. Identified and logged bugs within the API and the user interface. Utilized agile development to prioritize tasks for automation and testing.

Oversaw supply chain validation and documentation to support new product development. Collaborated with major customer to plan and implement over 20 custom products. Worked with material suppliers to ensure and document compliance with product specifications.
