• Coordination of permits for different zoned portions of the building with the city of Dallas.Office Engineer on $7 million ground up construction of medical office building at Arlington Memorial Hospital.
• Assisted project manager with contract writing & buy out. Coordinated design intentions between the architectural & structural firms.

• Served as an Intern on $14 million renovation & finish out for the University of Texas at Austin’s Athletic department
• Performed & assisted with field engineering/layout using total station, manage daily labor crews, processed & posted RFI’s and submittals to contract drawings.
• Worked directly with the Office of Facilities Planning & Construction representative for project schedule status & safety conditions.
