Acted as the primary point-of-contact for a number of bill review services. Responsible for maintaining and growing both the relationship with our clients, and providing both tactical and strategic support for client programs and maximizing opportunities for revenue growth, where applicable. Strategized with all levels of the Senior Management team.Duties/Responsibilities:-Acted as primary point-of-contact for each of the assigned clients-Lead day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns, projects and tasks-Assisted in strategy development-Demonstrated working knowledge of each area of our organization’s resources, in order to evaluate recommendations before presenting to the client-Proactively found new ways to build the client’s business and grow accounts-Mastered and maintained vast knowledge of the Property and Casualty insurance industry as well as client’s business, competition, and latest industry news and trends-Worked closely with all departments (Prod Mgmt, Prod Support, Development, IT, Bill Review, Accounting, Senior Mgmt etc.) in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.-Demo multiple service products to the clients in order to build efficiencies within the program-Presented Quarterly Stewardships to the clients-Maintained and built a strong relationship with each client
