Whether it has been working at my father's collection service, as a 14 year old child, or starting my own business at 28 years old, I learned very quickly and have always made sure to work as hard as I possibly could, regardless of the job that I was tasked with doing. As my dad was so fond of saying, "You should do something right the first time, every time." That was something I heard quite often during my time at work, even as a young child. Although I was never one to slack in high school (but certainly not one to overachieve), I never fully appreciated that thought until I opened my own business. I owe my dad quite a bit, because it is because of him that I am where I am today. Although I have a long way to go and have vowed to never settle or give in to the idea of "arriving" despite what type of success finds me in life, I am very fortunate to be able to take care of my young family, while building a business that has been far more successful within the first year of the doors opening, than anyone could honestly admit to have believed possible back in October of 2016. For that, I owe a great deal to my dad, Jeff Chambers, for instilling in me the moral compass (that I didn't always carry on the life journeys I took) that I have today and the common sense business principles that have been the bedrock of the success seen by Elite Funding and Investment Group LLC within its first year.
