-Advised the Operations and Logistics Officers on all things concerning Aviation Ground Support (AGS) and logistics support to Marine Aircraft Groups-12 (MAG-12).-Conduct long-term logistical planning for all training operations and daily duties involving 1st MAW forces, facilitating Operational Planning Teams (OPTs), participating in scenario-based-trainings and attending Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) events.-Supervised reorganization of the squadron amidst a significant personnel and equipment reduction, which resulted in the loss of 150+ personnel and a shift from a functional to a task-organized structure; oversaw the redistribution of 100+ critical assets, coordinating the shipment of 200 tons of equipment to Okinawa, Hawaii and California.-Executed 7 organization-level training events across Japan with a budget constraint of $100,000, employing innovative strategies to optimize budget use and maximize training effectiveness.-Selected by the 1st MAW Logistics Department head as the Logistics Chief for the 1st MAW (two commands higher) in support of a U.S. Indo-Pacific region wide training operation; conducted logistics operations and supply chain management across Hawaii, Guam, Japan, and the Philippines.-Managed individual and collective training for an organization of over 360 military personnel and 500 Vehicles and Containers.

-Supervised training events and daily activities at the Marine Security Guard detachment in Niamey, Niger, overseeing the defense of national security, diplomatic facilities, and the principal command and control node during crises; responsible for all aspects of mission accomplishment and personnel management.-Supervised 12 personnel providing necessary life support, training and equipment to secure the Embassy’s interior and exterior areas; managed 5 local employees, ensuring they understood their contractual obligations and rights. -Tracked and monitored $150,000 worth of budget, which covered personnel wages, utilities, maintenance operations for two residences, vehicles and office supplies.-Revamped the detachment’s training plan empowering junior leaders to form teams and train them according to with Marine Corps and Department training orders and directives. -Conducted three intensive live fire exercises for 12 Marine Security Guards (MSG) focusing on pair operations, shooting from cover, transitioning between rifle and pistol, and covering teammates during reloads; contributed to increased proficiency in weapon systems, muzzle awareness and rules of engagement, and team communication.

-Oversaw day-to-day operations, ensured goal accomplishment and managed personnel at the Marine Security Guard detachment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, providing defense of national security, nation's diplomatic facilities and the principal command and control node during crises.-Supervised a team of 7, ensuring they received all necessary life support, training, and equipment to effectively secure the Embassy's interior; managed 3 local employees, ensuring they were well-informed about their contractual requirements and the rights granted by their contracts.-Monitored a budget worth over $119,000, covering expenses for local employee wages, utilities, maintenance of two houses, including furniture and gym equipment, vehicle costs, new vehicle procurement and office supplies and computers.-Improved the detachment’s training program implementing monthly scenario-based-training and padded suit martial arts drills, contributing to personnel increased strategic thinking, non-lethal martial arts and security tactics proficiency and understanding of Consulate defense strategies.
