• Responsible for the acquisition of new business and the management of 35 key accounts, generating over $220,000 in annual revenue for the business • File state permit and treatment reports, complete initial lake surveys, develop treatment schedules, negotiate contracts and provide advocacy and responsiveness to client needs, resulting in a 100% account retention rate• Head maintenance efforts on business assets and onboarding and orientation for seasonal crew members • Utilize computer assisted design (CAD) to develop treatment, survey, and permit maps for over 500 lake and pond accounts

• Supervised crews of up to 15 crew members to schedule treatments and ensure proper chemical usage • Authorized and directed herbicide and algaecide treatments for lakes, ponds, and marinas in southeast Michigan • Collaborated on water testing with the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) and Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to protect wildlife and meet government water restrictions on serviced areas• Educated customers about chemical safety, government regulations, treatment options and efficiency which resulted in 100% customer retention year over year

• Delegated tasks to crew members ensuring scheduled treatments were completed in an efficient, safe and effective manner• Loaded and unloaded treatment equipment and materials and carried out other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities around each job site • Obtained and maintained Pesticide Applicator certification through the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD)
