I am the personal assistant to the State Manager of Queensland and the Northern Territory of New Age Veneers, Kendall White. I consistently exceed my KPIs and have impressed with my ability to work autonomously. This has prompted a role expansion to include also assisting partner companies, managing stock, stock orders and deliveries back to head office.

Rose from Dishwasher and Kitchenhand to Line Chef within four months at Coffee Club. I became relied upon through the busiest times and public holidays and continued to impress. I got promoted to Sous Chef within another 12 months. In addition, my role grew to include doing the weekly specials, stock orders and stocktake while also improving the process of running the kitchen.

Thanks to this job I have extensive experience with upselling clothing and other merchandise to customers. I also devised numerous strategies for upselling to customers such as VIP bands, meal deals and combination offers.

Though I was primarily a Barista here, I also worked in general retail in the tuckshop they ran on weekends.

I was selected for a traineeship with Valhalla Studios for game and mobile app design. There were 1500 applicants with only 150 successful applicants Australia wide. This also resulted in a Certificate III in Media (Game Design)
