• Recruit Volunteers for the 2014 Crescent City Classic• Work closely with the race crew in properly staffing all the race stations at the Crescent City Fall Classic and the Celebration in the Oaks Run/Walk• Organize and mange the Volunteers at the start line for the Crescent City Classic 10K

• Recruited over 10,000 Volunteers for the 2013 Super Bowl and 2013 Women’s Final Four by attending community events and cold-calling potential volunteers• Managed the Volunteer Hotline while assisting volunteers in making profiles for our website, creating volunteer schedules, and solving any problems they may have had• Coordinated the volunteer schedules for the Super Bowl, as well as several other events including the 2012 New Orleans Bowl, and 2013 Women’s Final Four• Trained and prepared the volunteers during the Volunteer Orientations, and troubleshot any problems they may have had with their schedules• Worked closely with the NFL to deploy and place over 6,000 volunteers during the week of the Super Bowl at the NFL Experience • Supervised an onsite VIP party in the Superdome during the day of the Super Bowl • Worked in union with the NCAA to organize and position over 1,500 volunteers at Tourney Town during the week of the 2013 Women’s Final Four• Planned several Volunteer Appreciation parties for the Super Bowl and Women’s Final Four
