CurrentKey accomplishments: Led organizational restructure to increase efficiency, collaboration and connectivity over a 3 year period; working with Board of Directors, amended Code of Regulations to modernize club governance and processes; established executive, management and technical teams within the organization to ensure representation from all areas of the organization; in collaboration with board, staff and 3rd party consultant group, reimagined club mission, vision and values; developed formal partnerships with 4 recreational organizations to use organization economies of scale to support grassroots initiatives; implemented coaching education initiative which saw the licensures of 52 coaches in a 3 year period; renegotiated contracts with vendors leading to an increase in partner investment. Responsibilities:Lead the Executive Team to create and implement organizational strategic vision; Lead the Technical Team to create and implement technical vision; Communicate and network with all key stakeholders; Continue to improve overall experience for the membership and staff at all levels within the organization; Member of the Board of Directors; Lead business lines owners to monitor, evaluate and adjust projected budget and revenue; Present Annual Report of club performance to the Board of Directors; Development & oversight of Departmental Action plans that support the strategic vision of the club with each member of the Executive Management team; Work with the Executive Management Team to develop processes (Technical & Business) designed to ensure efficiency and consistency of experience for all members.
