As the Business Diversity Chair for K-State NSBE, I successfully initiated outreach to numerous companies to secure donations for our chapter. Through these efforts, I played a key role in raising $18,000, which funded various chapter events and sponsored members to attend national conferences. These opportunities have significantly enhanced our members' career development through valuable networking, internships, and full-time job prospects.
