-Improve operations by driving standardization in access control processes across the entire GM environment of 50,000+ servers during GM’s transition from an outsourced to completely insourced IT model.-During transition, worked to bring 1000’s of servers, absorbed from former contractors, with varying standards, OS flavors, and OS versions, into compliance, to meet GM Security Policies and Standards.-Minimize downtime in troubleshooting by creating and supporting all server access and ID permissions in Unix and Windows environments and delivering 24/7 incident response and resolution including root-cause analysis.-Drive projects through the pipeline by timely managing process incidents, line items and change requests.

-Created a Skype Call Center in Windows Server, in a project to help fight loneliness for the elderly.-Developed a Pen Test (Capture the Flag) environment for System Security II class.

-Safeguarded critical services by conducting risk management assessments and network security audits while managing the Active Directory and Group Policy to one of the largest produce companies.-Launched disaster recovery initiatives by mandating processes for secure data and recovery of sensitive information in the administration of Microsoft Exchange 2010. -Aligned the scope of systems administration with company initiatives by configuring servers, routers, switches, ASA’s, and the Cisco IP phone system to ensure the needs were met in the current environment.

-Championed efficiency and accuracy by planning and managing a transition project from XP to Win 7.-Achieved deadlines of manually imaging, replacing and deploying 150+ computers in 2 ½ weeks.

-Created a successful SCCM environment to manage and deploy operating systems and applications for the entire company through the network using PXE.-Reduced system downtime by mapping entire server room using Visio, linked each server to SCOM for monitoring and health status, provided System Admins vital information to keep vital systems running. -Improved visibility by providing management and the entire IT staff with the ability to see entire company’s worldwide network status and health by creating Visio diagrams linked to SCOM.

Provided the best costumer service possible by helping costumers find what they need. Helped troubleshoot problems with computers, cell phones, and other electronic items.
