This project is the combination of Internal Management system and Customer Dashboard Application. According to the role of the logged-in user, the application will display different contents, which include PO, SLA, Assets, Trainings, Locations, etc. management modules for internal users; as for customers of Canon, accounts management, product and supplies, dashboard, invoice and meter history, homepage editor, service request, etc. are included in the customer modules. The application can assign the user with different roles, based on the roles, the contents of each component will also be different. For instance, for role of manager, he will have access to management contents like edit or update the account information, which will be greatly different from a role of common customer whose page will be simply product-related contents.

The project was to implement the resource management system that provides daily secure check for the different aspects use on the serves. From free disk capacity to server up and down time, it is an internal staff system, the administrator is allowed to log in, check the information.
