Student Intern
Currently interning here and have been learning about the 3CX phone system Kinetix uses and have been working on the help desk for their phone services. I have also been working on password management for clients and have become familiar with password managers such as Quickpass. On top of this, I have also gained familiarity with Threatlocker and have been managing various requests and issues for clients within the service. I have also enhanced my knowledge of Network devices by getting some hands-on work setting up devices like access points and firewalls through portals and physical setup on-site for clients. Not only that, but I have also gained knowledge and experience working with other network devices such as NAS'. With four weeks left at the internship, I am excited to accomplish and learn even more.
