Managed all land functions associated with the drilling of 25 multi-unit horizontal Woodford wells, 2 multi-unit horizontal Mississippian wells, and 2 horizontal Cromwell wells across Atoka, Coal and Hughes Counties, Oklahoma. In addition, closed mineral transactions totaling 1,100+ net acres across Atoka, Coal, Hughes and Pittsburg Counties, Oklahoma while managing all land functions including but not limited to negotiations, drafting contracts, Division Order transfers, curing title defects, etc.

February 2014 - September 2014Lead landman of multi-rig horizontal drilling program in Unit's Oklahoma and Texas Panhandle Marmaton play.August 2012 - February 2014Responsible for all land functions associated with preparing over 30 horizontal drilling locations for Unit Rig 115 in Unit's Oklahoma and Texas Panhandle Marmaton play.June 2011 - August 2012Handled all operational and non-operational assets in the Rocky Mountain Region. Responsibilities consisted of all in-house land duties including but not limited to well proposals, make timely elections, reviewing Drilling Title Opinions, and Division Order Title Opinions.

Responsibilities consisted of preparing Pooling Affidavits and generating respondent lists for Pooling and Spacing applications. Also created maps, delegated acreage and interests for potential drilling sites. Used AS400 to verify working & net revenue interests, well information, and addresses.
