The Happy Crew is comprised of 140 volunteers globally that deliver happiness internally to Zoom Employees and externally to their local communities! I helped create and oversee 6 teams within the Happy Crew including Events, Diversity, Community, Recognition, Creativity, & Programs. I work closely with the Happy Crew managers in each office as well as the finance and executive team. I oversee global and individualized budgets, approvals for proposed activities & programs, and our global Zoom employee recognition program through Snappy!
