Blake is the current Account Manager for Vizergy's partnership with Hard Rock International, representing accounts for Resorts, Hotels, Casinos, Cafes, Live, and Bar locations. Blake is responsible for the management of client marketing campaigns, achieving their strategic goals and maximizing online visibility, maintaining high levels of customer service and meeting or exceeding client expectations, and the facilitator of clear and accurate communication to other departments on behalf of the client. As the liaison between the client's properties and Vizergy, Blake is responsible as the client’s advocate and ensuring that their team is maintaining high levels of satisfaction and results. Previously, Blake joined the Kokua Corporate team in 2015 and has over 19 years in the hospitality industry. Blake began his career in Restaurant Management on the east coast, managing a variety of styles and settings, while contributing to the implementation and growth of digital marketing and social media campaigns to increase patronage. Blake was the Ecommerce Manager for over 15 properties under Kokua Hospitality and was instrumental in the launch of Axiom Hotel San Francisco and Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach. Blake also played an integral role in the relaunches of DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Houston by the Galleria and The Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square. Blake managed web development, digital marketing, social media, reputation management, and collateral production for the Kokua portfolio. Blake is a graduate of The Department of Communication Studies at The University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a focus in Digital Marketing and Advertising.
