- Administered a multi-user ArcSDE geodatabase comprising of utility data in North America. QCed, reconciled, and posted technicians’ versions of edits to this geodatabase.- Automated formatting processes for spatial data sources using Python scripting to deliver GIS data as per client specifications and conform to proprietary geodatabase standards.- Designed workflows using ArcGIS ModelBuilder that prepared GIS data packages for clients.

- Created spatial data representing abandoned natural gas pipelines in ArcGIS/ArcFM for a major utility client. Interpreted plat maps, as-built drawings, and utility work orders as sources for this data.- Trained junior GIS technicians in data conversion and performed quality control on their work.- Corresponded with the utility client regarding issues with their existing GIS data and research sources.

- Obtained and verified data for hundreds of power generation and transmission facilities, using public agency reports, remotely sensed imagery, and industry contacts; this data was input to and queried from a Microsoft Access relational database.- Digitized, edited, and updated spatial data for these facilities in a versioned ArcGIS environment.- Resolved dozens of customer issues with MAPSearch GIS data through a step by step client case process, requiring data research and correspondence with the client.

- Designed and produced over fifty published roadway, bus route, and cycling trail ArcGIS maps.- Streamlined the map production process with a GIS-based system, replacing inefficient drawing software.- Collected and calculated data for and co-wrote a cycling usage study for the city of Gainesville.- Created and maintained ArcCatalog geodatabases for all map project data.

- Created a Microsoft Access relational database for thousands of county properties, resulting in a more streamlined permitting process to install, repair, or modify on-site sewage disposal systems.- Collected and interpreted relevant property attribute data in collaboration with regional data and utility providers.

- Performed all stages of aerial image production, such as swaths seaming and QC, using ERDAS Imagine.- With Leica Photogrammetry Suite, georectified hundreds of raw images, using LiDAR data for georeferencing.

- Located and collected spatial and descriptive attribute data for dozens of unmapped storm drainage structures using Trimble GPS hardware.- Collected the size, structure, and material data from hundreds of previously mapped drainage structures, and made updates to their existing records in ArcGIS with ArcPad.
