I am a law enforcement professional with 7 years of experience with the South Carolina Highway Patrol, including 5 years as a Road Trooper (2014-2019), where I provided exceptional service to the citizens of South Carolina. After my fifth year, I transitioned to a supervisory role, overseeing an assigned troop. In this capacity, I was responsible for enforcing motor vehicle traffic laws, supervising officers, and ensuring the effective performance of their duties.My leadership skills are reinforced by 17 years of military service in the North and South Carolina Army National Guard, where I received extensive leadership training and developed both strategic and operational expertise. This, combined with documented training and hands-on experience, has shaped my ability to lead and adapt in complex environments.Currently, I serve as a Criminal Analyst with the National Guard's Counterdrug Program, where I am assigned to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). In this role, I apply both hard and soft skills essential to criminal analysis, including data collection, intelligence gathering, and strategic analysis of criminal networks. My hard skills include proficiency in analytical software, data interpretation, and report generation, while my soft skills such as communication, collaboration, and problem-solving allow me to work effectively with law enforcement teams, bridging intelligence gaps and enhancing investigative outcomes. My diverse experience equips me to contribute meaningfully to counterdrug efforts and overall public safety.
