With over seven years of experience in real estate private equity, I am a Senior Associate at CBRE Investment Management (“CBREIM”), one of the world's leading real asset investment managers. My current role involves sourcing, underwriting, and closing residential acquisitions on behalf of the firm's institutional clients across various investment strategies. While my current role focuses on acquisitions, I have prior experience in commercial asset management and portfolio fund management at CBREIM.Since joining the residential acquisitions team in May 2020, I have successfully closed over $1.2 billion in new residential investments, including three national joint venture partnerships with leading BTR/SFR developers and operators, and the Firm’s first manufactured housing joint venture partnership. I also co-lead the firm's evaluation of new development opportunities nationally, and oversee four analysts/senior analysts. I leverage my analytical and communication skills to execute complex transactions and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders. I graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Government and a minor in Global Health and Health Policy. I was also a four-year starter on a Division I water polo team and was an academic All-American. I am based in Orange County and enjoy surfing, reading and playing beach volleyball in my spare time.I am forever indebted to my family, friends, mentors, and coaches who’ve helped me get to where I am today.
