Senior Associate
Current- Responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing residential acquisitions on behalf of the Firm's Institutional clients.- Markets include all Western & Central US markets. - Responsible for direct market coverage of California, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and Denver. - Other markets covered: Pacific Northwest, Texas and certain Midwest markets. - Strategies include Core, Core-Plus, Value-Add, Development, Preferred Equity, and Mezzanine Investments. - Property types include conventional apartments, single-family rentals, build to rent communities, and manufactured housing. - Since May 2020, successfully closed over $1.2 billion in new residential investments including national SFR, BTR, and manufactured housing joint venture partnerships. - Co-lead the Firm's evaluation of new development opportunities nationally with Trammell Crow Company and Mill Creek Residential. - Oversee three analytical resources and am responsible for all relevant training and development.- Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment to make sound investments.
