With over four years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed strong skills in customer service, time management, and organization. I am currently a front of house host at Melton Estate, a winery and restaurant that offers a range of services and events to its guests. As a front of house host, I provide excellent hospitality and ensure that every customer has a memorable and enjoyable experience. I am SalesPro certified and proficient in handling multiple bookings, payments, and inquiries efficiently and effectively. I also have a year and a half of experience as a shift manager at BurgerFuel, where I supervised a team of 8 staff, managed inventory and cash flow, and ensured compliance with health and safety standards. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can apply my passion for food and wine, and contribute to the success of the business. I am always eager to learn new skills and improve my performance, and I value feedback and collaboration. My goal is to deliver exceptional service and grow as a professional in the hospitality field.
