Acts as liaison between Operations Divisions and the IT Department. Plans, manages, and supports: IT Asset Management, IT Field Support and Services, and IT Help Desk team. Coordinates with client IT contacts to deploy network infrastructure and various software and hardware solutions to job sites nationwide. Works with cross-departmental teams to provide insight on business oriented and cost effective IT solutions geared towards increasing productivity and reducing workload. Manages team of IT help desk professionals and conducts call analysis to determine and address key recurring issues. Works with vendors and procurement department to create standard hardware catalog and facilitates policies to manage hardware life cycle within company ITSM system. Provides opportunities for carer advancement and development for staff and promotes team building.
