Thru developing these relationships I am able to gain a deeper understanding of the bank's deposit needs and plans for growth and direction they want to head.Daily analyze the interest rate environment to create custom funding plans for banks to satisfy both price and volume needs.Educate current and prospective bank clients to make sure they feel confident with their current funding situation. Help banks understand the ease of the wholesale funding process and how it is an integral part of a bank's liquidity and growth strategy. On the trading side:Maintain relationships with institutional trading partners, balancing inventory with volume demands.Analyze current and past issuances to properly understand and increase liquidity channels.

Daily tasks included placing trades, customer service, growing customer relationships, increasing office efficiency and mitigating client issues to result in a positive outcome.Business Development- Responsible for developing relationships with current clients and new prospects to grow branch assets, resulting in millions of dollars of new business.Customer Education- Educate clients on market analysis, investing strategies, Scottrade products, platforms and research tools. Personally instructed in-branch seminars on topics such as options trading, margin, technical analysis and a variety of other topics. Also provide personal, one on one education specifically tailored to individual client needs.Employee Training- Personally trained numerous employees including stockbrokers, financial office assistants, and interns. Many interns advanced after training to become licensed stockbrokers. Trained employees on basic and advanced office procedures including Scottrade and regulatory compliance, customer service, building strong interoffice relationships, and advanced problem solving skills.
