Responsible for the overall merchandising and day to day operations of $30-40 million in annual sales and around 150 associates. I deliver results in providing world class customer service and work with the associates to make sure our customers have a quick one stop shopping expierence. I focus on the seasonality here in Colorado to really capitalize on sales opportunities in the store and planning ahead working with our supervisors to execute these plans so we are prepared and in stock for our customers. Through analysis from forcasting and scheduling along with day to day sales I am also responsible for managing payroll in the store and making sure everything stays in line to remain profitable.I utilize my 14 years in retail and merchandising to set and modify planograms along with special or promotional displays to drive sales and a provide a shopping expierence for our customers. I also take pride in teaching, coaching and training our associates and developing them while helping them reach there personal goals and achievements.
