A management role within the business coordinating and running the multi-storey venue individually. This involves managing over 20-40 staff at once across 4 hospitality venues within the one building capable of holding up to 800+ patrons at capacity. Have gained skills to rectify customer complaints or issues as well as be flexible to reach and coordinate all aspects of the business whilst trusting and encouraging staff to maintain their area of the venue. Accompanied with the cash management and back of house operations associated with the management of the business and end of day operations, including data entry and overall analysis and report of the business day-to-day.

A range of tasks including serving customers both food and beverages, working as a cocktail tender to serve up to 1000 cocktails per night at peak. Accompanied with many other aspects such as working the floor to collect plates and glasses, courtesy bus driver, Front of House operations in attached pizza shop, Delivery Driver, Maitre’d and Gaming. A wide range of customer service through the bar and bistro with enforcement of RSA (responsible service of alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) laws.

Coach and develop all levels of skills from the ages of 4-60 ranging from beginner to advanced. This is also accompanied with group lessons and 1-on-1 private lessons, as well as running holiday camps with up to 60 kids.
