-Responsible for oversight and management of the work being conductedfor a petroleum discharge under the FDEP Petroleum Restoration Program-Develop working knowledge of the site history for over 50 individual sites,assisting with technical oversight, coordination of cleanup activities,developing a cost efficient Scope of Work to be performed, performing sitemanager responsibilities in My Florida Market Place and reviewingdeliverables, technical documents and invoices for comments andapproval.-Conduct thorough site assessments and develop detailed environmentalmonitoring plans to identify potential hazards and risks, and collaboratewith environmental contractors to develop effective site specificremediation strategies-Maintain a thorough and up to date knowledge of applicable statutes, rules,program policies, technical guidance and memorandum, including aworking knowledge of applicable Florida Administrative Codes (specifcallyF.A.C. 62-780)-Manage and supervise field operations, including soil and groundwatersampling, monitoring well installation, and site remediation activities.-Review comprehensive reports outlining findings, conclusions, andrecommendations for petroleum discharge sites-Implement and maintain project schedules, budgets, and compliance withapplicable environmental regulations and standards.-Draft state orders such as Remedial Action Plan Approval Orders and SiteRehabilitation Completion Orders.

- Support implementation of the National Pollutant Discharge EliminationSystem (NPDES) and Total Maximum Daily Load compliance programs forthe City of Largo- Conduct field work activities including but not limited to identification,mapping, and condition assessment of stormwater assets Utilize GISsoftware (ArcGIS) to complete asset management projects and otherrelated work- Identify and record data for major stormwater outfall locations within thecity to check for NPDES compliance
