Manage our sales representatives in various territories. My responsibilities include training, providing any necessary support, making joint sales calls, and managing pricing etc.. in order to increase sales and grow our business. I also focus on our specialty products nationwide, prospecting for end users, increasing exposure and sales in their respective market sectors.

As an Senior Account Executive at Bloomingdale insurance I was in full control of the sales cycle. It was a great place to learn about the world of sales as my responsibilities included cold calling and prospecting for leads, as well meeting with my customers and writing the policies. My customers recieved 1st class service from the the initial phone call, to the implementation of their policy, and the customer service thereafter. I took a consultative approach, understanding their needs and concerns, and focusing my efforts on maximizing their satisfaction. I lead my agency in sales for the two years that I worked there due to the fact that I was highly effective in getting the meetings set and really showing my customers what value I provided for them along with the support of the agency.

Managed the remodeling of Home Depot stores for our respective vendors and developed and implemented the displays merchandising the products in the most effective way possible. While working for Sun Belt I was managing 25 employees on a daily basis and was responsible for meeting the timelines set by our vendors and by Home Depot.
