Full immersion in development (hearing internal pitches, tweaking and reformulating based on buyers’ needs, participating in notes meetings, reading and reviewing material) for the leading supplier of primetime dramatic programming. Worked with broad spectrum of A-level talent; 19 dramas and 12 comedies in 2005 and 16 dramas in 2004. Supervised the creation of all pilot promotional artwork, directing an outside advertising agency through pitching out and refining initial concepts, selection of cast photography, to final approval.

Managed department totaling thirty-two people, supervised all aspects of post production scheduling, budgeting, cost reporting, facilities management, and element trafficking and archiving on a range of projects (film and videotape multi-camera sitcoms, one-hour dramas, two-hour MOW’s and miniseries).Timeline varied from long-term (integration of new production and post production techniques, delivery formats, transition to HDTV) to short-term (ensuring the delivery of a pilot in the next few hours).Supervised repurposing and HD re-mastering of titles for WB Domestic Distribution and Warner Home Video.
