-Studied Acumen specific build and workflows for all four modules-Provided at-the-elbow (ATE) training and support across all four modules for staff, including front desk, medical assistants, registered nurses, surgical techs, radiology techs, scribes, physician assistants, providers and managers leading up to and throughout go-live-Visited multiple Acumen clients (Nephrology clinics) for initial site-visits and pre-live workflow observations-Tested/validated workflow simulation scripts for all four applications to be used across Acumen clients nationwide-Customized/modified workflow simulation scripts to align with specific Acumen clients-Held provider personalization labs for physicians-Found and reported needed optimizations in both build and workflows, and assisted with go-live trouble shooting
