As a Quality Test Engineer, my responsibility was to review and test web-based and mobile applications before release to the customer to ensure functionality and performance.This included, but wasn't limited to:- Black box and gray box testing- API verification- Content checks and verification- UI updates/verification (GUI Testing)- Sync Testing/Data upload tests- Logging bugs/issue tickets in TFS (later JIRA)- Communicating with Business and Development teams to ensure acceptance criteria are met and functional
