Using periodic team retrospectives to analyse processes and suggest improvements to practices.The development environment used here was primarily Python based but utilized Red Hat technologies such as Ansible which was also used in configuration and deployments to production systems. Docker for containerization. Vagrant for virtual machine management. MongoDB for database administration.Later on, provided basic mentoring for new hires going through the teams on-boarding process.
