He has lost over 60kg himself and with the understanding of being on both ends of the spectrum, he utilizes not only what he has personally experienced but also learned over the years in what works best for him to help his clients to achieve their own transformations.Its his absolute passion to educate individuals about nutrition, fitness, training to become the best version of themselves mentally and physically by providing help to them as a Nutritionist and Fitness Trainer.
