I worked at Insomnia cookies in Lubbock, TX throughout my time attending college from mid 2019 to the present, except for the summer of 2021. Likely going to be working there whenever I’m in school as well. I’m one of the longest working delivery drivers in my store, I’m responsible for handling multiple deliveries at a time and managing my time to where I can deliver the products customers on time, while the cookies are still fresh out of the oven. I often work with customers and communicate with them regularly on the job.

I will be interning for A&M for primarily computer forensic work (FTS) but also other studies that they work with things such as eDiscovery, Collections/Extractions, and Data Analytics. I also will be getting some exposure to working with disputes and investigations a little bit, which offers exposure to reading through court documents and financial reports to extract details to use in cases.

I learned to work in the computer forensics field, teaching me more about the programs used to sift through data such as FTK imager and X-ways. It also taught me the proficiency needed to multitask while working with sensitive information in the workplace.
