- Ensure a safe and secure work environment by responding to all incidents that have a potential impact to security operations, Target brand, and team members. Utilize multiple access control and monitoring systems including Genea, Archer, Trueye and MyAccess to bolster risk management procedures. - Led Target North Campus' Corporate Security & Safety (CSS) Team on Critical Incident Response, acting as the routine lead performing trainings relating to fire control/medical response, monthly audits, operational updates, and acquisition of Incident Response supplies (medical, trainings, guides).- Operated as Security Procedure routine leader for the revision and creation of security procedures, ensuring compliance by working with various business-units and Third-Party Vendors to create articles of truth for different emergency/daily operations, use of new technology/resources, and compliance with other areas of Target policy.- Acted as a member of the Satellite Site Security Awareness Team - responsible for building a quality product to be sent to Team Members of Target's Washington D.C. and New York offices relating to crime trends/analysis, safety tips and area resources.- Developed partnerships across multiple business-units throughout Target & third-party vendors to lead the successfully revision and creation of procedural documents for the CSS team enterprise-wide.- Partnered with CSS Leadership members to curate documents for Sr. TSS across all HQ locations to identify professional development opportunities and resources throughout Target, acting as a key partner in development conversations/projects for Sr. TSS.- Initiated the revision and updating of multiple onsite security resources relating to current processes, procedures, and technology to ensure effective onboarding/training, efficient daily-operations, and knowledgeability of security personnel.
