introducing Blake Mullane I am an exercise science student in my last year of a bachelor of exercise science (sports practice) at Victoria university. I am interested and focused towards athlete development creating athletes that move and perform better. In 2014 I started studying at Victoria University with a keen interest in sports and exercise science with the desire to progress into the field of athletic development. My interest for athletic development has come from playing a high level of sport (TAC cup and currently VFL football) always looking to improve my performance and reduce injury risk. What sets me apart is my focus on getting the small things right and the ability to communicate with others to reach their goals. The ability to understand what it takes to reach a high level and how to structure a program to get the best out of each person. I am currently undertaking an internship at Virtus Human Performance which I am putting my knowledge into practice. I have a passion for this field, a passion to help and share my knowledge with other to reach their full potential where they can perform at their optimal and live a healthy and active lifestyle.
