My role as a EPS is to help people with barriers to employment gain meaningful careers in fields that they are well suited for developing a mutually beneficial relationship for the employer and client. My main objectives on a weekly basis was to meet with 10-15 clients a week to help them develop their resume, interview skills, people skills, redefine their body language, and confidence. Essentially helping clients present themselves the way that the client intends to be interpreted in an interview or work place. After some work many clients were able to gain a confidence boost as well as drive the conversation in an interview. The other half of this position was connecting and meeting with employers that could benefit from an employment service that placed eager, willing and motivated clients with in a role that they would be successful. I develop many strong relationships with small and medium size business in Calgary, and I am appreciative of all the businesses that I worked with to find employment for my clients.

I also utilized my ability to read and analyze blue prints to determine material costs, labor costs, and estimated completion time of large projects. Further I negotiated with contractors as well as builders to determine expectations and methods in which the project would be completed with the least complications.
