Ensuring all equipment has adequit spareparts to prevent excessive NPT if failures occur.• Understand and manage High Profile directional wells within well plan per operatorsrequest.• Manage inventory of drilling and completion fluids. Communication with supply vessels,ensuring necessary inventory onboard is maintained for uninterupted operations.• Manage and assist in maintaining fluid properties to within perameters for specific wellprogram.• Successfully complete new generational "Smart Wells" offshore Guyana, South Americain ultra deep water.
