As a project manager, I successfully oversaw the execution of Design Group's projects at Americasmart in Atlanta. My primary focus was on the construction buildouts of showrooms using the Design, Bid, Build approach. I took charge of leading and managing the entire process of tradeshow projects, ensuring a smooth and efficient execution from initial planning to final delivery. Collaboration and coordination with internal teams and external vendors were key aspects of my role to ensure all project requirements, timelines, and budgets were met. Additionally, I supervised the production and management of large format graphics, encompassing booth designs, signage, and promotional materials. In case of any challenges or issues during project execution, I proactively identified and resolved them, implementing necessary corrective actions to maintain project success.
