I have a wide variety of experience from being a diesel technician to business management. I am very knowledgable on mechanical operating systems and business management. Recently I was doing some soul searching and realized that I spend a large part of my life working and was not happy even though I have had lots of accomplishments in shop management. I wanted to find the person I once was, so I went back to my roots as a technician. I find that I am happier serving the customer through my technical expertise. To me it is more rewarding helping the customer reviving broke equipment than crunching numbers to make AOP. I am glad to have the management experience as it helps me realize the customers needs and expectations while I am onsite fixing the equipment. To make businesses work it takes dedicated employees that work hard for the company. I have always been a hard worker and will continue to do my best as I gain knowledge to better myself and others around me.
