As an Information Security intern I would be investigating various Enterprise Security alerts daily to check for anomalous activity in the Enterprise environment. Which involves communicating with various Enterprise members about security-related issues. I helped maintain vulnerability management spreadsheets weekly to track vulnerable assets in our environment. In addition, I helped make the environment for Information Security Interns a lot more efficient. I would initiate updates for SOPs to more clearly reflect intern processes. In addition, I assisted with training other new Information Security interns on tasks.

As a Information Technology Services Intern, helped Maintained Asset Inventory, providing security for over 275 assets, by documenting monitors with their labels. I helped organized network files to more clearly. In addition I helped image laptops for new employees.

As a Learning Assistant I helped teach students in Learning C programming for the course Computer Science I. My responsibilities were grading and providing feedback to students on course assignments and exams in a 48 hour time span.

Provided assistance to agents by performing a variety of underwriting services and support functions. Resolved ongoing policy/policyholder concerns in a call center environment
